You will need:

• 4-6 large dates
• 2 Scoops Puraz RAW Collagen powder.
• 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
• 1 Tbsp oatbran
• 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tsp sugar/golden syrup - sweetener if you want it sweeter ;)
• Some shredded coconut
• A few chopped nuts of your choice
• Choc melts to cover and hold the shape of the balls.

Method:

• Chop the dates up a bit and pop them in a food processor. Blitz them until paste forms.
• Add the cocoa, oat bran and sugar. Mix in a food processor until combined.
• Melt the coconut oil and add to the mixture.
• A shredded coconut for texture and chopped nuts (I used peanuts).
• Tip into a bowl and use a spatula to squash the mix together. - I found that the mix was a bit liquidy but once you form the balls and refrigerate them they hold fine.
• Roll the mix into any sized balls you want and pop in the fridge. Melt chocolate and dip them in.
