I love Jeffrey Star products, couldn't wait to use, but unfortunately this product doesn't dry and through out the day it goes onto the creases on ya eyelids and you can feel the stick of it.

Strong colour, almost lip stains which is perfect for me. Lasted all day without needing touched up. Applys on wet and drys to a matte. Bought every colour! Would recommend it !
