Was definitely sceptical so wore patches for a couple of days and then missed a day. OMG! They definitely work because that one day I missed i was stressed and emotional. Damn I put a patch on as soon as I could. Have just ordered more alobg with some Metabolise patches to try too

Hey - Ive bene using these since Nov 2023 and use them instead of HRT ( I wasn't that angry to start with ) but also instead of taking a supplement internally like Femme - which was also good but I wanted to give my internal a break. I find that if I don't use these stickers I notice the difference within a few days - sweats, Hot flush, brain fog etc So I recommend this to anyone to try it - that's how I discovered :) Love it

At last I have found something that actually helps me sleep without making me feel woozy the next day. Also good that it does not have to go via the digestive system.
