Amazing and full coverage

I use this as an eyeshadow primer for light/bright matte colours to really make them come out true to the shade they appear in the pan. It works best blended to the shape you want and buffed in quite aggressively, mist it with some setting spray, and allow it to dry down before packing on shadow.
