Shade: You're Always White!

I bought this pencil to line my lower waterline. The pencil is creamy and glides easily, but it doesn't have much colour pigmentation so I have to go over it multiple times. It's good for the price but you get what you pay for.

Some of these seem more pigmented than others - the white esp so, the buff not so much. I found they go on easily but don't have much staying power on the waterline (to be expected) but do well on upper lids. Overall pretty good performance for a crazy price.

works great on waterline and everywhere else. pigmented - it does smudge if u use a smudger brush so it's good to smoke liner out :) super affordable too

love it! super affordable, shows up really well on skin, super pigmented. doesnt stain if you use coconut oil to get it off.

I order this as iv been trying to find a nice white eyeliner to use on my waterline & thought I’d try this out because it’s such an affordable price. I received it today & it’s so pigmented I’ll definitely be using alot & will be ordering 1 or two more so I always have one on hand. Definitely recommend buying.

The dark brown is fab as a brow pencil... Super long. . sharpens without snapping ... And for the price... Can't beat it. Love wet n wild.

I use this on my top waterline and I love it! It adds so much more depth to my lashes and makes them look so much thicker, I think the colour pay off is great and the texture is super creamy it could possibly double as an eyebrow pencil too if it was a lighter shade

The payoff isn’t the best and the colour isn’t as dark as I thought but for the price not too bad. Think it would be good for beginners to makeup . Or someone looking for something on the cheaper end.
