Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives broken or faulty, please contact us within 10 days of purchase. Please describe the product issue and include a photo, you can send this to us at support@beautybliss.co.nz.

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund if a replacement is not available.

Incorrect item received

We barcode scan all items shipped so it is very rare that this occurrs. If you do receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please do not open or use it as we can not process a return on a used item. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can send you the correct item.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Item Purchased

We can offer a return for store credit on some items if they are returned to us at your expense. These include but are not limited to: RevitaLash, RevitaBrow, Hair Brushes, Hair Dryers, Hair Straighteners, Makeup Brushes, Bags, Mirrors, Beauty Accessories. Some other items may be able to be returned if they have a safety seal - please check with us before purchasing if you are unsure. Sadly many cosmetic items we purchase for retailing through eCommerce do not have a seal and can't be returned due to hygiene reasons. We do not accept returns on any clearance items or gift vouchers.

Your return must be received in an unused, saleable condition with safety seals, stickers and/or wraps still in tact. Any free gifts received as a result of purchasing the item will also need to be returned.

All returns are evaluated before being processed. We reserve the right to refuse a return if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. If this occurs, the return will be held at our warehouse for you to collect or we will need to request a shipping fee to re-dispatch it to you.

We do not provide refunds for Change of Mind returns, only store credit for approved returns.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please email or phone us. If we are able to catch it in time, we can issue a store credit for the value of the order. Unfortunately orders that are already with the Courier can not be cancelled.

Please think carefully before placing your order, we work really hard to get all orders out with fast delivery so often it’s hard to locate an order before it’s with the Courier. Due to the payment processing fees we are charged, we do not provide refunds for cancelled orders, only store credit.

Please note also that colours shown are an indication only and often appear different between different computers & phones. Please let us know if you think an image or swatch is inaccurate.

Manufacturers Warranty

If an item you have purchased from us has failed during the manufacturers warranty period, you can either contact us or the brand directly. We are happy to help with the process and can provide proof of purchase if you no longer have it, please just get in touch.
