It's a mystery! Each box is made up of products guaranteed to have total RRP value of at least $300 NZD. You loved when we gave a sneaky reveal last year, so this year we'll give you one reveal:

Every box includes a: Eye of Horus Bio Lipstick - RRP $44
In either Vesta Red or Rhiannon Ruby. The decadent BIO Goddess Lipstick range is 98% Natural Origin and 100% Vegan. A lusciously satin blend of lip moisturising ingredients sourced from nature to nurture and plump lips. These red shades are flattering on all skintones and are a gorgeous choice for the holiday season.

Please note however that any images customers have uploaded to their reviews will not represent this years box, we change it up every year.

What's in the box?
A mixture of products from our hair, skin and makeup categories. We've also added a couple of product samples that aren't included in the RRP total.

Is every box the same?
Many boxes are the same. Sorry, we can't customize boxes or ensure that you get different ones this time around. Black Friday is a busy time so these boxes have been pre-packed so that we can ship as fast as our courier printers will print.

Can I swap or return a mystery box item?
No sorry. Mystery box sales are final and we can not accept exchanges if you don't like an item or you feel it doesn't suit you. However we will provide a replacement if an item is faulty as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Are the boxes good, or just clearance stuff?
Nothing is crap, broken or damaged (we throw that stuff in the bin!) however with all of our Mystery Boxes we include a mixture of cool things and some slower sellers to make these bundles the best value we can.

Note: All RRP values are in NZD. Please note also that these boxes are exempt from Free Shipping and Loyalty points.
