It makes my lips a bit dry if I wear it all day, but just for a few hours or a night out it doesn't cause any issues, and I'm pretty sure no matte lipstick feels amazing on the lips so it's not a big deal. The colour is bold and pretty and I love the velour lips range by australis, I like their neutral shades the most.

Oh wow - I love this lip cream SO HARD. I'm a 'purple is perfect' kind of person, but I've never worn bright lipsticks before. TOK-I-O is a vibrant, bright violet that I'd never have had the courage to wear previously, but I pretty much fell in love with it the first time I wore it. Plus I'm seriously impressed with its staying power. I put a couple of coats on, blotting each one after I applied it, and it lasted for hours, including through a meal and several glasses of water.

I got the Mel Burn colour and it smells fabulous, kinda fruity. It also looks good on, I reccomend doing a couple coats in between drying for more depth of colour.

I love these so much. I have two different colours byron bae which is a nude and jai-pur which is a pink. They last so well and the colour is vibrant! Quite often I blend the two for an ombre look and they even blend amazing!

I really didn't like these. I found them to be very drying and flakey on the lips. I did all the preparation such as lip scrubs, exfoliating etc. but it just didn't work for me. I guess it's reflected in the price. I much prefer Jeffree Star Velour Liquid Lipsticks

I love these matte lipsticks! I recently bought one in the shade Shang-Hi. Its a really pretty purpley shade and the formula is so nice. Personally, I find it better than Kylie lipsticks as they are really drying. Great buy, I will be buying more in the futrure!

Great for the price and is well pigmented but it is not durable! Does flake after a while and becomes sticky in hot environments! Would recommend for a cooler environment and for shorter wear.

I love the Velourlips. They're affordable and they last for ages, as long as you don't eat anything greasy. I've never had any problems with application, as long as I do one or two thin coats, either with the applicator or with a lip brush, and wait for the first coat to dry. They are however a little drying after a couple of hours. Ny-cee is a quintessential red, Bae-jing ended up being very close to my natural lip colour - being a grey-toned medium pink. My fave is probably Budapash though, which I think is a perfect vampy maroon.

I love the colours, these are great and affordable dupes to some of the other options such as Limecrime velvetines, but they do begin to flake after a while on the lips so you need to keep applying it

A great product by Australis, amazing value with a huge range of shades, you are sure to find one to suit your skin tone! I personally love ny-cee, it is my go to red lip colour, i haven't had any issues with the formula, I find they wear well and i will definitely be getting some of the other colours

I love these matte lip creams. Some colours work better than others but these are one of my favourite lip products at the moment
