How to Use
To prime: Using universal or a tinted shade, tap and blend with fingers to prime eyelids or complexion.
To highlight and contour: Using a tinted shade at least two shades lighter or deeper than your skin tone, apply with fingers or a brush to brighten and sculpt.
To set foundation: Using universal or a tinted shade, tap on with fingers or a dense brush to set complexion.
To add sheer coverage: Using a tinted shade, press and roll in an even layer into textured or oily areas.
To set and add coverage: Using a tinted shade, press & roll through the t-zone and tap to build additional coverage where needed.
Note: As you wear it throughout the day, this unique formula adjusts its oil absorption to address your skin's specific needs.

Q: Is this a primer or foundation?
A: Blurring Balm Powder is a complexion multi tasker that can be both a primer & foundation! You can use it underneath foundation to blur the skin and control oils (the universal shade is great for this) or use alone as a 2-in-1 primer & foundation. As this sets like a powder, it also doesn't need to be set with an additional powder.

Keeps me matte all day!
I'd previously struggled to find a base that works with my skincare, sunscreen, and combo skincare (oily T-zone, normal elsewhere) to keep my makeup looking shine-free. A friend suggested I try this blurring balm, so I decided to give it a whirl. To be honest, I'd been using it, then changed foundations and sunscreens, and forgotten about it again - but had been finding myself with a shiny forehead by about midday everyday. So I pulled it out again and gave it a whirl the other weekend as I had a wedding to attend and needed to look good in hot weather for a full day. Well. She worked a DREAM. Makeup stayed put, flawlessly, all day into the wee hours. Not a hint of shine to be seen. Since then, I've incorporated this into my daily routine and I am LOVING it. My makeup looks immaculate all day; foundation stays looking fresh and matte but not dull, everything looks the same at 5pm as it did at 7am. Am obsessed and will be repurchasing when I run low. I'm using the universal shade as a base (applied over my skincare and sunscreen as final step before foundation). 10/10, highly recommend. Best thing ever for oily/normal combo skin girlies!

This Balm is the BOMB!!! I just received my second Balm. I like it SO much that I didn't want it to run out and leave me BalmLESS!!! Ms Danessa Myricks is "ACES" in my book. I use ALL of her products. I REALLY like the Yummy Skin Products Everyone always asks me "How did you get your face to look so good?" I tell them everytime that they need to get all of the products from the Danessa Myricks line. My mom can't wait for her day off so that she can buy her own Balm ;0)

Fantastic problem
I’ve been dealing with combination-oily skin for all of my adult life and have tried numerous primers and other products. This balm powder is amazing - no oily patches coming through, no pores showing, and my makeup looks just as good at 5:00pm as it did when I applied it at 7:00am. My skin has some sensitive patches and this product hasn’t triggered them at all. My new holy grail primer. Please don’t stop selling this!!!

Texture is creamier than I was expecting. I wouldn’t use it as a powder, it’s definitely more for under foundation or to wear on its own. I haven’t done a full wear test yet but first impressions are good! Very smooth but lightweight too

Love it!
I have really oily skin and was very surprised this product was able to keep me matte throughout the day, the coverage I like because it is light and very natural. I have used it under a full coverage foundation and it helps keeps the oils on my face from shining through love it.

It's a lovely product but..
This hoes on lovely however i have to add more than I thought I would and also I have to add bronzer, which I don't mind but perhaps I should have went up a colour. It's quite smoothing and does dry to a powder,does conceal a few flaws my skin may be having at ang given time

Perfect for oily skin!
I have really oily skin, and my everyday foundation used to be the Estee Lauder Double Wear (Shade Cashew - 3W2). After lockdown and as trends change, I don't really wear heavy foundations anymore. This is the miracle product I've been wanting for years. Lightweight, easy to apply, CONTROLS OIL for 12+ HOURS, smooths texture, evens skin tone... If you really want a more full glam look then you can layer concealers, blush and bronzer over it, and the coverage is buildable. This product makes makeup fun again, and I will definitely be repurchasing when I run out (which will be a while, you don't need much).

I brought this after seeing it go viral on TikTok and there was a good reason for it. It is so damn good. Goes on so smooth and blurs you skin. Nice amount of coverage and didn’t make my skin oily throughout the day. Absolutely love it!
