Introducing the Deluxe Black Friday Mystery Box!

What is it?
The Beauty Bliss Mystery Box is a special release box containing a selection of products across our categories.

Each box is guaranteed to have items totaling a higher RRP than the price of the box. We've ensured that each box has a good balance of awesome products, and some may have some clearance items to give you great value for money.

- Mystery box items can not be exchanged or swapped. We will only process returns or refunds if something is damaged or faulty.
- No mystery boxes include foundations or concealers.
- Loyalty points can not be earned on mystery boxes.
- Items in the picture are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent the items in the box.

Anticipated FAQs:
Is every box the same?
The Deluxe boxes are 100% customized. We'll hand pick items based on any information you give us in the delivery instructions (e.g. "I prefer vegan products"). If you've shopped with us before, we'll go through your account and make sure we don't send you items you already own.

Can I swap or return a mystery box item?
No sorry. Mystery box sales are final and we can not accept exchanges if you don't like an item or you feel it doesn't suit you. However we will provide a replacement if an item is faulty as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Are the boxes good, or just clearance stuff?
Nothing is crap, broken or damaged (we throw that stuff in the trash!) however with all of our Mystery Boxes we include a mixture of cool things and some slower sellers to make these boxes the best value we can.

Can I make special requests?
You can (and with the Deluxe you should!) However if you request a specific item - we're sorry but we probably can't do that. If you want to request something like "only vegan-friendly items" or "no skincare as I have very sensitive skin", then we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Please include any requests in the delivery instructions box at the checkout. We can not guarantee that specific requests will be met - but mystery boxes will be on sale until the end of the weekend so you have time to message us to check first.
