How to Use
For anytime you need to remove eye and/or lip makeup, including waterproof.
STEP 1
SHAKE WELL to combine the aqueous and oily phases
STEP 2
Apply to a cotton pad and hold to the area for a few seconds
STEP 3
Gently wipe away makeup. Repeat until all makeup is removed
STEP 4
Do not rinse.
