Apply a thick even layer to your skin and massage in for 20-30 seconds. Leave on for 10 minutes. Wash off with warm water.

How to recycle: Remove the lid from the tube. Wash out the tube and dry. Both our lids and tubes are 100% recyclable so can be disposed of in your domestic recycling.
