Makeup primers come in many forms to suit different skin types, concerns, and requirements. Primers serve the very important purpose of providing a smooth canvas ready for further application of products (particularly makeup), as well as providing longevity to your existing base products (like your foundation or concealer).
The Ordinary High-Adherence Silicone Primer is a blurring surface smoother and makeup primer that offers a matte yet hydrated finish. This formulation uses advanced adaptive silicones which provides a flawless base for makeup, that in turn looks higher in definition and adheres to the skin for longer. Not only can it be paired with makeup, but it can also be used alone as a non-greasy hydrator that reduces the look of pores and of imperfections.

Love with a passion
Love the moisturiser and now love this primer not sticky when applying small amount I find works best. Slightly hard to notice when it’s actually on but find my make up goes on really well and so affordable feels hydrating at the same time but doesn’t make my skin feel oily

Very nice
I really like this primer. It goes on smoothly and gives a nice finish. I don't usually wear foundation and this primer works nicely on its own with a bit of setting powder.

A good primer
This primer is a nice smooth base for makeup. It’s not very thick/concentrated so does fill pores and fines super well but as an everyday primer, it’s pretty good.

Great primer. I use quite a lot of Ordinary products. I have sensitive skin so I’m quite fussy but I’ve loved all of their products so far. This primer smells nice and I’ve noticed my makeup lasts all day and night without setting spray. Highly recommend

I have been using this primer for a week and love it. My foundation stays put all day. My mission has been to reduce costs in my makeup routine while adding skincare to my life as I’ve been lazy with this in the past. My face feel smooth and soft. Foundation doesn’t budge or slide during the day and I’m wrapped to not be spending $50 on a primer!

My absolute favourite primer, I have used so many and really struggled to find one that works for my skin type (combo and very sensitive). I find my foundation goes on smoothly and evenly and doesn't break at all. I also find a little goes a very long way!
