How do I recharge the Unbound Cordless Mini 2-in-1?
Plug the USB charging cable into the micro USB input on the base of the styler, then plug the other end of the USB charging cord into a USB powered port such as a laptop, desktop charger, car charger or mobile phone charging adaptor.
The LED indicator light will flash while charging. When the appliance is fully charged & the charger is still connected, the battery indicator light remains solid. NOTE: The LED indicator light will be off after removing the USB charging cable from a power source if the appliance is switched off. NB - The appliance may become a little warm when charging or during use. This is normal.

Ensure you charge the styler fully overnight before first use.

What’s the charging time for the Unbound Cordless Mini 2-in-1?
For optimum cordless usage time, the Unbound Cordless Mini 2-in-1 should be charged for 3 hours, after the initial overnight charge.

The styler can be recharged after each use to top up its battery charge for less than the required 3 hours, however in order to maintain the optimum capacity of the lithium-ion rechargeable battery, the curler should be fully recharged for 3 hours approximately every 3 months. Even though the styler may not be used for an extended period if in storage, it should be recharged every 3 months for approximately 3 hours to preserve the battery life. Do not leave lithium-ion battery unused for extended periods.

On average, when using Straight mode, you can style with up to 20min cord-free use. In-use time will vary depending on hair type and user habits.

How do I know when the battery charge is low?
When the battery charge reaches less than 3 to 5 minutes, the LED indicator light will flash continuously. The styler will then automatically shut off once all battery charged has been used.

No, the styler is designed for freedom from power cords when styling, so it cannot be used and it will not function whilst plugged in and recharging.

What type of charge cable do I need to recharge my Unbound Cordless Mini 2-in-1?
It is suggested to recharge the Unbound Cordless Mini 2-in-1 with the USB charging cable supplied. If using another charging cable, use one that can be charged with a charging current of 1A or more. Always be sure the micro USB input is plugged into the base of the curler before plugging the USB charging cord into the charging adaptor and a suitable power outlet.
